My name is Tuoyo (Tu-or-your) I am a Clevedon based baker with a passion for baking and a love of modelling. My background in Electronic Engineering is my foundation skillset on how I approach and design my cakes and also the inspiration behind my business name.

My interest in cake decorating started at university, I taught myself initially from books and the internet. It was purely to entertain friends and using my hands to create something that was appreciated and loved by all.
After the birth of daughter whom was born prematurely, I found baking to be therapeutic so I threw myself completely into the process. This is where my love for figure modelling and sugarcraft was born.
