How many people does one box serve?
Medium Letterbox – 6-8 servings
Large Letter box- 8-16 servings
6” Cake – 12-24 servings
8” Cake – 20-40 servings
10” Cake – 28-56 Servings
How long can I keep my cake for?
7 days. It is best to store in the fridge inside an airtight container to keep the product as fresh as possible.
To consume remove the container leave on the side to come to room temperature.
refrigerated cakes should be taken out between 30 minutes to an hour prior to being served
What allergens are in your products?
Our products are not suitable for people with nut or any severe allergies as all our products are baked in the same oven and our environment is not a gluten free or nut free kitchen.
·Any allergy requirements should be stated by the client at the time of order
·Gluten and dairy free cakes can be made – State this requirement when placing your order. The Cake Engineer Clevedon holds no responsibility no responsibility for any allergies of the client or their guests as this is the sole responsibility of the client
Shipping & Returns:
When will my order be delivered?
We ship on Wednesdays & Thursdays only. All orders placed will be shipped the following week.
We aim to deliver most orders within 24 hours, delivery should be no more than 48 hours.
Can I freeze the brownies and bakes?
This should be done straight away upon delivery. All cakes can be frozen for up to 6 months. Wrap well in cling film, and place in an
airtight plastic container
Can I collect?
Yes, Collection and delivery is free within a 3-mile radius. A pickup schedule will be arranged. Delivery outside the specified area will incur a cost.

England & Wales only.
